Cancellation policy
No cancellation fee applies as long as you cancel more than 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. If you booked your appointment online, you can cancel your appointment online at your convenience. If you cancel within the 24-hour period, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service price. If you no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service price. Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a no-show. Our Team depends on your timely arrival or cancellation. Thank you for your cooperation!
